Regular First Appeal under Section 96 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'CPC') has been filed on behalf of the Appellant against the Order dated 19.08.2025 whereby the Suit of the Plaintiff/Appellant for Damages and compensation of Rs.13,00,000/- for defamation and tarnishing of reputation, has been rejected on the ground of limitation under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC. 4.

The learned Senior Counsel, after some submissions, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal with liberty to pursue the legal remedies, in accordance with law.
