The present application under Section 482 read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:

"A) To pass the Order of Release of Petitioner/ Accused on Interim Bail for 45 Days Period in FIR No . 07/2021, PS: Khyala, U/s 302/34 IPC on the terms and conditions as may deem fit and proper considering the facts, circumstances and present medical and financial issues of Petitioner/Accused; and /or B) To pass any other necessary order/directions as may deem fit and further to send copy of Order(s)/Direction (s) to the Petitioner/ Accused through Superintendent, Central Prison No. 8/9, Tihar, New Delhi-110064 through Email/Speed Post or any other mode as may deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice and equity ."
