The present petition seeks that the respondent be restrained from taking any coercive action in the shape of demolition/sealing of the property bearing no. 6651, situated at Neem Wala Chowk, Nabi Karim Paharganj, New Delhi-110055 without adopting due process of law. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the present petition, certain demolition action has already taken place qua the property in question and as such, the prayer sought in the petition does not survive.
