After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submits that he would lead evidence before the learned Trial Court, in terms of the directions contained in order dated 21.01.2025 and while leading evidence, he would also demonstrate that irrespective of the fact of adoption and the Will, he becomes legal heir in terms of Section 15(2)(b) of Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
