The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction against the respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the allegedly "ruinous, dangerous, dilapidated and hazardous property" of the respondent no.4 i.e. the second house at entrance of Gali No.17, bearing H. No.C-46/2, Gali No.17, East Azad Nagar, Delhi-51 and the unauthorized and illegal first floor raised by the respondent no.4 over it.

MCD and a speaking order shall be passed thereon within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. 3.
The speaking order shall specifically indicate the action proposed to be taken by the MCD qua the property in question. If necessary, the MCD shall also afford an opportunity of hearing to the respondent no.4 before passing the speaking order.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition along with the pending applications stand disposed of.
