% 15.07.2020 The status report has been submitted by the State and the entire testimony of Dr.Bhim Singh who has been examined has also been filed on the record in terms of order dated 30.06.2020. The status report that has been filed indicates that the matter is fixed for final hearing today before the learned trial Court which aspect is not refuted by learned counsel for the petitioner nor by the learned counsel for the respondent. It has only been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that an expeditious disposal of the trial in relation to FIR No.264/2014, PS Alipur, under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/30 of the Arms Act, 1959 be done. Learned counsel for the complainant has expressed his difficulties in relation to the addressing of arguments presently in the pandemic situation. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw

the present bail application in view of the factum that the learned trial Court has been giving consecutive dates of hearing in the matter for the hearing of the final arguments. Without any expression on the merits or demerits of the trial in progress or on the bail application, if any filed subsequently by the applicant, it is expected that the learned trial Court would be in a position to dispose off the adjudication in relation to FIR No.264/2014, PS Alipur within two months from today. The bail application is disposed of. Copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court through the District & Sessions Judge concerned.
