% 30.04.2026 The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 557/2025, dated 12.10.2025, at Police Station Amar Colony under Sections 137(2)/140(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the ground of settlement.

After some arguments, Mr. Pranav Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any comments on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in the pending criminal proceedings are left open.
