The petitioners have filed the present petition alleging that the petitioners were forcibly removed from the property bearing Plot No. 3/98 (admeasuring 175 sq. yards) located at New Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi. It is alleged respondent nos. 5 & 6 have occupied the said premises, after dispossessing the petitioner with the assistance of respondent nos. 3 and 4 (SHO and SI of P.S. Vivek Vihar, Delhi, respectively). It is seen that the petitioners have already made a complaint in this regard to the concerned SDM as well as to the DCP. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the concerned DCP and SDM to inquire into the complaint and take an

appropriate decision within a period of four weeks. 5.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 6.
