The present petition under Section 2 (a) read with Section 11 and 12 of the Contempts of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate Contempt of Court proceedings against the Respondent and direct them to immediately purge their contempt and to obey the directions as passed by this Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 06.03.2025 In "Mr. Kedarnath Gupta Versus Mis. Gunjan Infrastructure and Ors." Being CS. OS. No. 617/2018; b) Pass directions, thereby directing the Contempt to immediately execute the documents at IREO with regard to transfer of A2-01, Ireo City, situated in the Residential Colony Ireo City, Sector-60, Tehsil & Distt, Gurgaon, Haryana;

Pass any other or further relief as may be deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondent has complied with the directions and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
