By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 21/2020 under Sections 454/380/411 IPC registered at P.S. Parsad Nagar, Delhi.

Learned APP for the State has placed on record the order of the DCP (Central) dated 28th July, 2020 whereby investigation of the above-noted FIR has been transferred to District Investigation Unit (Central District) with immediate effect. In view of this order of transfer of investigation of FIR to the District Investigation Unit (Central District), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.
