The petitioner is the real brother of Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta. There seems to be a dispute pending between them. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, confines his petition to the extent of looking into the grievance raised by the petitioner qua transfer of Shed No. 47, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi by resorting to illegal means in connivance with the officials of Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Corporation Ltd. (DSIIDC). The disputes between the petitioner and his brother are pending before various Courts including the complaint case filed by the petitioner.

In view thereof, the Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the allegation or otherwise. However, the Court leaves it open to DSIIDC to look into the aspect of any failure of Government Officials in adhering to applicable rules and regulations.

With the aforesaid observations and leaving all questions open, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of. 4.

In view of the aforesaid order, the CM APPL. 12468/2026 filed by the impleadment applicant for his impleadment as respondent, also stands disposed of.
