This application is disposed of with the observations that in case the appellant has not complied with the terms of the order dated 28.7.2017, then the appellant cannot take the benefit of the order dated 28.7.2017 granting time to the appellant to vacate the premises on or before 30.6.2020.

Once the appellant has not filed the necessary undertaking in this Court as required by the order dated 28.7.2017, respondent is at liberty to execute the impugned judgment and decree for possession and mesne profits.
