Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that after filing of the present writ petition, elections have been held to the Managing Committee of the Respondent society. He states that the Petitioner has been elected as a member of the Managing Committee.

In view of the aforesaid development, he does not wish to press the present writ petition at this stage. He states that he would raise the issue agitated in the present writ petition before the Managing Committee.
