In the wake of Notification No. S.O. 2617(E), dated 27th August, 2013, issued by the Department of Personnel and Training whereby the respondent No.2-Corporation has been brought within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, this Court is proscribed from hearing this writ petition, in view of the judgment of the 9-Judge Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. UOI, (1997) 3 SCC 261 2.

Accordingly, let the records of the writ petition be transmitted by the registry of this Court to the Central Administrative Tribunal for being registered as a Transferred Application and proceeded with in accordance with law.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned Tribunal on 1st December, 2017.

In view of the fact that this is a writ petition of 2001, the learned Tribunal is requested to hear and decide this matter as expeditiously as possible.
