By way of present petition filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 06.04.2022 on the premise that after passing of the said order, the petitioner has been threatened by one Nitesh Kumar and one Mahipal.

Learned APP for the State submits that an enquiry was conducted on the basis of a complaint filed by the petitioner and after investigation, the same was found unsubstantiated.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed alongwith the pending application.
