The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that direction be issued to the Competent Authority to grant sanction under Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act (POC Act) read with Section 197 Cr.P.C. to file a complaint against certain police officers. 4.
The petitioner had made a complaint against certain police officers with the Police authorities. The allegations made therein were almost similar
to the allegations as made in the present petition. 5.
The allegations made by the petitioner were inquired into and the said complaint had been rejected by an order dated 30.07.2018. The petitioner had assailed the said order by way of a writ petition W.P. (C) No. 1354/2019, however, the same was rejected. This Court is informed that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court (LPA No. 186/2019) against the decision of this Court in W.P.
