% 01.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CRL.M.A. 8465/2020 (Exemption) This is an application seeking exemption from filing certified copies of annexures. Allowed, subject to just exceptions. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

CRL.M.A. 8466/2020 (Exemption) This is an application seeking exemption from filing attested copies of affidavit and deposit of court fees along with affidavit in support. Taking into account the prevailing conditions on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the application is granted with the stipulation that the requisite court fee and attested affidavit shall be filed within 07 days of the resumption of the regular functioning of the Court.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.

BAIL APPLN. 1476/2020 On 02.06.2020, the applicant was admitted to interim bail for a period of 25 day on medical grounds on the stipulations contained there-under. He is stated to have undergone the surgery on 25.06.2020 and discharged on 27.06.2020. The period of his interim bail expired on 29.06.2020. Ld. counsel for the applicant contends that the application was moved on 29.06 2020 but it could not be listed the same day but for today. The applicant seeks further extension of his interim bail on the ground that after his surgery, some recovery is advised and that would be better undertaken at home.

Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances, the applicant is directed to surrender by tomorrow i.e. 02.07.2020. In the event of his such surrender, the interim bail granted to him shall stand extended till 02.07.202 failing which his conduct would be taken to be adverse for any further indulgence by the Court besides any other action(s) to follow in accordance with law. Application stands disposed of accordingly. As prayed by Mr. Chhabra, ld. Counsel for the petitioner, copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendant as per norms/ e-mail. A. K.
