The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.698/2023 of PS Harsh Vihar for offence under Section 307/34 IPC and Section 25/27/54/59 Arms Act on the ground that the injured (respondent no.2) has settled the disputes with the petitioners.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of petitioner no.3 present in courtroom seeks permission to withdraw this petition because trial has substantially progressed and allegations are serious.
