A report dated 13.07.2020 has been forwarded through District & Sessions Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts. As per the said report, the case was listed for further arguments on 05.03.2020, whereafter it has been adjourned on account of disruption caused by COVID-19 pandemic. It has been reported that the case is now listed for 10.08.2020 for final hearing. 3.
