% 30.06.2020 The petitioner, who is a consumer of electricity, seeks quashing of notice dated 19.06.2020 issued by respondent No.1/Tata Power Distribution Limited seeking to disconnect the petitioner's electricity connection by reason of alleged non-payment of dues. As per the averments in the petition, the notice was served upon the petitioner on 23.06.2020.
