The present Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and under Section 528 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0565/2022, under Sections 354 A/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Geeta Colony, Delhi. 2.

It is stated that Respondent No.2 is the wife of deceased brother of Petitioner. There are inter se disputes, as Petitioner's family was inclined that Respondent No.2 should leave the matrimonial home. There are multiple litigations, which have been settled in terms of Settlement dated 19.12.2024 arrived at Delhi Mediation Centre at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in terms of the settlement Petitioner has agreed to pay amount of Rs.6,50,000/- to Respondent No.2, out of which Rs.3,50,000/- stands already paid and today, a Demand Draft bearing No. 509479, dated 05.04.2025, drawn on ICICI Bank, Branch Durgapur Chowk, in the sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been handed over by Petitioner to Respondent No.2, who has accepted the same. 4.

Respondent No.2 present in the Court submits that she has received the entire settlement amount and now, no grievance against the Petitioners survives and she has 'no objection' to the quashing of the FIR. 5.

In view of the fact that the subject matter of the FIR stands amicably resolved in terms of Settlement dated 19.12.2024, which has been acted upon and that Respondent No.2 has 'no objection' to the quashing of FIR, the present Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0565/2022, under Sections 354 A/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Geeta Colony, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

The present Petition and pending Application are accordingly disposed of.
