By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 80105412/2024 [e-FIR], dated 19.09.2024, registered at e-Police Station DBG Road, Delhi, under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Mr. Rudra Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies before the Sessions Court, including filing an application for discharge, if so advised. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdraw in terms of the aforesaid submission. 4.
