By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious trial and disposal of the complaint case bearing no. CC NI Act 3885/2022, titled as "Brightex Enterprises Private Limited vs. Niki Infotech Private Limited", pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi.

trial and taking adjournments. Therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction be passed for expeditious trial of the present case before the learned Trial Court.

This Court has heard the arguments addressed on behalf of the petitioner.

After hearing arguments and going through the case file and also the orders of learned Trial Court filed along with the present petition, this Court notes that even bailable warrants were issued against the respondents and the respondents have been prima-facie delaying the proceedings before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously, and dispose of the case preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order, subject to the condition that neither of the parties shall be granted any unnecessary adjournment(s).

With the above directions, the present petition stands disposed of. 9.
Let the copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court concerned by the Registry of this Court for information and compliance. 10.
