% 17.05.2017 Learned counsel for the parties agree that the value of the petition for the purpose of jurisdiction is only Rs.24 lacs and accordingly the appropriate court which has the monetary jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter is District Court . Since the award has been passed under the aegis of Indian Council of Arbitration, it is urged that the appropriate District Court in Patiala House Courts would be the appropriate court having the jurisdiction. Accordingly, the matter stands transferred to Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear on 06.07.2017 before the District Judge, Patiala House Courts for marking of the matter to the appropriate court. JAYANT NATH, J MAY 17, 2017 n
