The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking recall of the Orders dated 23.09.2024 directing the deposit of 20% of fine/compensation amount in the Court of learned JMFC-04 Patiala House Court, New Delhi, and subsequent Order dated 21.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Criminal Appeal No.205/2024 titled Manoj Chaturvedi vs. Ram Singh Chauhan.

After making some submissions in the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
