% 30.04.2026 On a perusal of the petition it is evident that the grievances of the petitioner arise from omissions on the part of the police and other authorities in district Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. In view thereof, this court is of the view that it does not have territorial jurisdiction over the matter.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of, granting to the petitioner liberty to approach the authorities with competent territorial jurisdiction, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.
