O R D E R

% 29.07.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) In terms of the proceedings dated 21.7.2020 the documents have been submitted on behalf of the petitioner to indicate that the petitioner's wife had undergone the surgery, the status report submitted by the State dated 28.7.2020 under the signatures of Inspector Prem Chandra, Crime Branch (IGIS), Dwarka indicates to the effect that the applicant's wife on 23.7.2020 was admitted to the hospital and discharged on 27.7.2020 after the surgery was conducted and that her condition is stable and that she has been advised bed rest for 15 days and that she requires four weeks daily physiotherapy after surgery to get the desired results.

On behalf of the applicant it has been submitted that apart from the applicant there is only his wife and two minor children available at his house and that the presence of the applicant is required for the applicant's wife to

look after her in view of the factum that there is only his wife and two minor children available at the house of the petitioner. Inter alia reliance is sought to be placed on behalf of the petitioner on the proceedings dated 13.7.2020 in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020 of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court directing that the interim bails as existed on 13.7.2020 have been extended till the date 31.8.2020. In the interest of justice, in view of the factum and the condition of the applicant's wife as well as the factum that there is no one in the family to look after the wife of the applicant, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 13.7.2020 is extended till the date 31.8.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 13.7.2020. The applicant shall surrender on 31.8.2020 before the concerned Jail Superintendent, Delhi.

The Petition is disposed of.
