This hearing has been held through video conferencing. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 16.07.2020, the Nominal Roll of the applicant as also a Report on his conduct in jail has been received. The same indicates that the applicant has been in custody for a period of 4 years 11 months and 27 days and his overall jail conduct is "Satisfactory" and no punishment has been recorded against him during his period of incarceration.

Keeping in view the above circumstances as also the guidelines issued by the High Powered Committee in its Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020, the applicant be released on an interim bail for a period of 45 days in FIR No. 379/2015, P.S.:Mundka, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The applicant shall report to the SHO/IO on every Monday during the period of release;

(ii) The applicant shall not contact any witness of the case;

(iii) The applicant shall not leave the territory of the State of Delhi without the permission of the SHO/IO.

(iv) The applicant shall also provide the mobile number to the SHO/IO of the concerned area and keep his mobile on 24 hours during the period of his release.

(v) The applicant shall furnish surety bond for an amount of Rs. 10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Duty Magistrate/Trial Court. 4.

The application is allowed in the above terms. 5.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically for ensuring compliance.
