Mr. Harjeet Singh Panwar, Food Supply Officer (FSO), is present in Court on behalf of the respondent. He makes a categorical statement that upon the petitioner submitting the requisite Income Certificate, the 'RationCard' shall be issued to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 2.

The said statement is taken on record.

Binding the respondent to the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of.
