% 04.04.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against the order dated 11th January, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (NDPS) (West), Delhi in Bail Application No.10061/2016.

The grievance of the petitioner is that while granting bail, the learned Additional Sessions Judge mentioned the word "core of the dispute appears to be of civil nature".

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court concerned for removing of the observation made above.
