The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Petitioner by this petition, seeks extension of interim parole granted by order dated 04.06.2020 as extended from time to time. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on order dated 24.07.2020 of the Full Bench in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, titled as 'Court on its Own Motion vs. State and Others', wherein a clarification has been issued by the Full Bench that interim bail/parole granted to persons either before or after 16.03.2020 shall stand automatically extended till 31.08.2020 or until further orders except where there are orders to the contrary passed by the Supreme Court of India in any particular matter.

In view of the clarification issued by the Full Bench on W.P.(CRL) 998/2020 1 MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

24.07.2020 in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, the interim parole granted to the petitioner, by order dated 04.06.2020, is extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions and sureties.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed in the above terms. 6.
