The status report filed by the Station House Officer, Police Station Cyber, District North West, Delhi clearly indicates that, prima facie, the transaction in question does not seem to be fraudulent. 2.

The relevant paragraph of the said status report reads as under:- "It is further submitted that the petitioner contacted the IO ASI Surender Pal of PS Cyber/NW Delhi and sent their documents through email. The IO verbally asked the petitioner to join the enquiry at PS Cyber/NW, for examination into the matter but the petitioner did not join the enquiry physically at PS Cyber/NWD. Prima facie this particular transaction seems not to be a fraudulent transaction. The Petitioner stated that they are engaged in polyester staple fibre business and having customers all over India and said Axis Bank account is used for the business transaction on regular basis. The Petitioner further stated that this particular transaction of Rs.20,62,011/- was received from his customer Arihant Textiles i.e. Respondent No. 4 and also provided the copy of invoice."

In view of the aforesaid, and keeping in mind the undertaking furnished by the petitioner that he shall co-operate with the Investigating The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Agency, the instant petition deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the lien marked on the bank account of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.8,71,889/- be revoked.
