This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "i. An appropriate writ(s) in the nature of mandamus or certiorari, direction(s) or order(s) calling for the record and proceeding of the order/communication dated 22.02.2023 issued by the Respondent No. 1 bearing Reference No. 8-3/2018-SDF issued by the Respondent No. 1 and after examining its legality, validity and propriety thereof; the same be quashed and set aside.

ii. An appropriate writ(s) in the nature of mandamus or certiorari, direction(s) or order(s) and direct the Respondent to reconsider the application dated 21.02.2022 read with online application dated 24.06.2022 afresh for restructuring of loan, thereby deciding the eligibility of the Petitioner for restructuring of loan in terms of guidelines dated 03.01.2022, treating cut off of evaluation from Financial Year 2018-2019 onwards.

iii. Further, direct for costs of this petition and litigation as deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court.

Mr. Aditya Dubey, learned counsel appearing for Resolution Professional for the Petitioner, against which CIRP proceedings have been initiated, seeks to withdraw this writ petition. 3.
