CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TUSHAR RAO GEDELA

% 08.04.2024 (The proceeding has been conducted through Hybrid Mode) 1.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the notification dated 26.03.2024, the Self Appraisal Form same was to be filled up online, however, the respondents have denied this opportunity on the ground that the same could be done only with effect from the next year, when the online portal system would be upgraded and made effective to process the Self Appraisal Form. 2.

Since the notification dated 26.03.2024 has already been formulated, after considering the objections of the stake holders and appears to be in line with the DOPT notification placed on record, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. there would be no impediment in directing the respondents to accept the said forms manually from the petitioners. It would also ensure that the consideration of their APARs are also not delayed to the next year when the portal becomes active.

3.

The present directions are made in the peculiar circumstances of the case and would be valid only for this year since the respondents are scheduled to complete the entire process and make online portal ready for use with effect from the year 2025. 4.

The present petition along with pending applications also stands disposed of in view of the aforesaid directions.
