% 01.07.2020 CRL.M.A. 8461-8462/2020 (Exemptions) Exemptions allowed, subject to just exceptions. BAIL APPLN. 1475/2020 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail for a period of four weeks in relation to the FIR No.9/2019 registered at PS Special Cell under Section 22/29 of NDPS, 1985. In terms of order dated 20.06.2020 of the learned trial Court, the applicant was to surrender on 20.06.2020 and it has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant had gone to surrender before the Superintendent Jail on 26.06.2020 in terms of the said order but due to the present pandemic, the jail authorities had not allowed the applicant to surrender.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
