The present petition under Section 10/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"(a) Summon the contemnor and be pleased to take appropriate legal action against the contemnor for willful disobedience of the judgment/order passed by this Hon'ble Court in LPA no. 203 of 2021 dated 29.11.2022 under section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act and Article 215 of the Constitution of India. (b) Grant any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and appropriate in the circumstances of the present case may also be passed in the favour of the petitioner and against the contemnor."
