% 29.01.2016 C.M. No.3252/2016 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to just exceptions. Application disposed of.

TR.P.(C.) 10/2016 & C.M.No.3184/2016 (stay) Parties agree that since both of them are residents of Dwarka. It will be appropriate that the divorce petition pending before the Patiala House Courts i.e. S.M.A. No.11/20114 titled "Amit Dutta Bakshi Vs. Noby Bakshi" be transferred to the Family Court of Family Judge, Dwarka. Ordered accordingly.

Parties to appear before the Family Judge, Patiala House on 02.02.2016 and the Family Judge, Patiala House Court will pass appropriate order to transfer the petition to the Court of Family Judge, Dwarka. The Family Judge Dwarka will endeavour to expedite the trial as the apprehension of the non-applicant/respondent is that this is one

more effort on the part of the petitioner to delay the proceedings. Copy of the affidavit by way of evidence which has been filed by the husband in the pending petition has been handed over to the petitioner today in the Court.

Order dasti to both parties under signatures of the Court Master. INDERMEET KAUR, J JANUARY 29, 2016 ndn
