By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 140/2018 dated 26.05.2018, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi, under Sections 20/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant before the learned Special Court.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
