The counsel for the respondent No.1 Union of India appearing on advance notice states that copy of the application has not been served on it. 2.

However considering the nature of the application, need is not felt to issue notice of the same or to hear the respondents. 3.

A clerical / typographical mistake has crept in para no.3 of the order dated 18th December, 2015. The said para no.3 is corrected and now be read as under:
