HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR
O R D E R
% 16.04.2019 CRL.M.A. 8190/2019 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
CRL.M.C. 2064/2019 Quashing of FIR No. 222/2014, under Sections 420/34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Shahdara, Delhi is sought. Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submits that charge-sheet will be positively filed within four weeks from today.
Since the offence in question is compoundable, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., as petitioners have an alternate and CRL.M.C. 2064/2019
efficacious remedy to seek compounding of the offence in question from trial court.
With aforesaid observations, this petition is accordingly disposed of.
