Mr. Vivek Gurnani, learned counsel appearing for the Directorate of Enforcement, submits that by virtue of communication dated 14.11.2024, the Look Out Circular against the petitioner is now restricted to 'intimation of his arrival/departure' and no other action is to be taken. 2.

In view thereof, the prayer made in the petition is satisfied. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.

If the petitioner has any other grievance, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
