Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 5949/2026 3.

The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without pressing for the remaining prayers, he is only pressing his Prayer (A) which reads us under:- "A) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Debt Recovery Tribunal to expeditiously adjudicate MA No. 116/2018(for recall of the ex parte order dated 25.06.2018) along with and IA No. 3114/2022(for early hearing) within time-bound manner;" 4.

It is further stated that for the said purpose, an urgency application has already been moved before the concerned Debt The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "DRT"). 5.

The petitioner is permitted to move a fresh application, if so required, with regard to his urgency before the learned DRT concerned.

As soon as the application is filed, we expect that the learned DRT to consider and decide the said urgency application expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
