The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 292/2014 registered under Sections 302/394/397/411/120-B IPC at Police Station Rajinder Nagar, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner's case is covered by the Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020 of the High Powered Comittee.

It is submitted that the petitioner's wife is a co-accused and has already been granted interim bail by the trial court. 3.

Learned APP for the State duly assisted by learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the bail application. She submits that the trial is over and the case is now listed for final arguments on 17.08.2020. BAIL APPLN.1506/2020

In view of the above, I find no ground to admit the petitioner on interim bail. The bail application is accordingly dismissed alongwith the pending application.
