This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) a civil writ of certiorari quashing of the Decision Letter dated 23.02.2026 issued by the Respondent, whereby it has rejected approval to Petitioner Institution for the applied D. Pharm and B. Pharm courses for the academic session 2026-27, in an arbitrary and illegal manner; and/or (b) a civil writ of mandamus for seeking consequent direction to Respondent, to grant the requisite approval to Petitioner Institution for the applied D. Pharm and B. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions states that respondent will consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and extant rules and regulations for the Academic Session 2026-27 expeditiously and in terms of the timelines as extended by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of his statement and binding the respondent to the same, the impugned Decision Letter dated 23.02.2026 is set aside. 4.
