Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have compromised the disputes inter se themselves before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) vide Settlement Agreement dated 27.08.2024, a copy whereof has been handed over in Court, and is taken on record.

As such, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
