The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 103/2019 of Police Station Shastri Park for offence under Section 392/394/397/34/174A IPC.

Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant was on bail in the present case but he fled and after three years, he was declared proclaimed offender. The accused/applicant was arrested about 11 months back. 3.
Learned APP for State assisted by IO/ASI Satish Chand submits that the accused/applicant is involved in 11 more cases. 4.
Learned counsel for accused/applicant fairly admits that he has been convicted in three cases.
