By way of this bail application, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 480/2024 dated 30.06.2024, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, District Outer North, Delhi, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At the very outset, Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that although charges have been framed, the statements of material witnesses, including the minor eyewitness, are yet to be recorded.

Mr. Kuber Boddh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the petitioner's rights and remedies before the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
