The present application under Order XXIII Rule 1 of CPC on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking withdrawal of the present Suit. 2.

The instant Suit is one for partition and other consequential reliefs. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs states that he has instructions to withdraw the present Suit.

Plaintiffs are present in Court. They state that they have instructed their Counsel to withdraw the present Suit. They further state that they are withdrawing the Suit without any undue influence or coercion and agree for the Suit to be disposed of as withdrawn. The statement of the Plaintiffs has been recorded.

In view of the above, the Suit is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any, in terms of Order XXIII Rule 1(4)(b) of CPC.
