This is a suit seeking recovery of the amount in favour of plaintiff and against the defendant for the sum of ₹ 8,34,67,795/-. 2.

Mr. Nandy, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the defendant is under CIRP proceedings and the suit cannot proceed any further. 3.

Since the claim of the plaintiff has already been registered, Mr. Nandy, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit with liberty to revive the same as and when the CIRP proceedings are concluded/terminated.

Granting that liberty, the suit is disposed of.
