% 30.05.2019 On the last date of hearing, counsel for the respondent had stated that the petitioners shall be called for the Medical Board within the next 10 days. Since then, the petitioners were examined by the Medical Board on

25.05.2019 and the opinion of the Board is that they are fit from hypertension. These medical reports have been tendered in Court and taken on record.

Counsel for the respondents further states, on instructions, that subject to fulfilment of other conditions, the petitioners' appointment shall be processed.
